Happy Labor Day!

Hope everyone has had a fun and safe Labor Day weekend....that means summer is coming to an end. We are still working on some projects and eventually you will see some more pictures.

We would hate to tell you how long we have thought about doing something to improve the "curb appeal" of our home. Steve has spent countless hours preparing this step for a "facelift" this summer. Since Pearl has been on call for work this weekend, we had to stay close to home. We feel like we can finally see some progress on this project! We still have several hours of work left, but hopefully we will get it done before the snow flies! It's pretty obvious the first pictures were taken before the shrubbery leafed out and the flower boxes grew...but truly that is when Steve first started putting in some hours working on this step!!

A trip to see Benny!

Last weekend we went to the cities. We got to see Ben, Seth, Adam and Chad play at the Dinkytowner Cafe. They sure have alot of fun doing this!

Do you see the three instruments Ben is playing at one time? He's a goofy guy!! Wonder who taught him to multi task? Sunday lunch with Ben, Weston and Brad.

Ben must have been "dreaming" about his trip to Switzerland! He flew to Switzerland on August 29...hope he is having a great time and taking lots of pictures to share with us!
